From time to time we will provide our customers with the option to pre-purchase items before they open as general sale items. This is known as a ‘pre-order’ item. You will be charged in full at the time you place your ‘pre-order’, along with any applicable shipping costs, you will then be notified at a later date when your item is due for delivery or available for in-store collection.

Any item which is not in stock at Bygge Bo which is ordered in, directly from our suppliers as a custom order is considered a ‘special order’‘Special orders’ require a minimum down payment of 30% of the value of the order, if the order has a delivery date over one month in advance, this deposit is non-refundable after 14 days of your order being placed. 

You have 14 days from point of deposit payment to cancel your order, cancellations after this time will result in the loss of your deposit.


If the required delivery/collection date of your order is under one month or for sale, clearance or ex-display items payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Lay-by payments are not applicable in this scenario.

Any deposit or down payment paid to secure an order shall be paid to and held by, our parent company ByggeBo Ltd. ByggeBo Ltd. shall retain any such payments made until your order has been collected or delivered to you.

If Bygge Bo is unable to fulfil your order we will notify you and Bygge Bo Ltd. shall refund the amount paid by you, within 14 days of its notification, to your original method of payment (i.e. credit card, debit card, PayPal, or to a combination of payment methods as applicable). Where a cash payment has been made a cash refund must be completed in one of our stores.

If you wish to add to your order you can do so by visiting a store or calling our team. Any additions however could delay the full order so please check when amending your order by asking a member of staff in store or a customer service adviser.


Here at Bygge Bo, we are committed to bringing our customers safe, functional and beautiful quality products. We understand that sometimes, you may find our products cheaper elsewhere. We want to help you find the right products at the right time, at the right price, so we will consider price matching to offer you the best prices we can.

The product(s) must be the same size/colour, make and model or the bundle must be identical to the one we offer.

The product(s) must be in stock at the other retailer, or delivery must be within the same timelines, IRELAND stores only.

The price match will take into account any other offers used at Bygge Bo.

The price match will take into account delivery charges from the other retailer.


To submit your Price Match request email ( title: PRICE MATCH REQUEST) to; with the following information;


1.Retailer Name

2.Links to the product you wish to Price Match from the other retailers webstite or attach a quote, from the other retailer.

3. Links to the product on our website, or reference for a Bygge Bo quote you may have recieved.

4. Your name, email address and telephone number.

Our Team will get back to you within 48 hours, or if over a weekend/bank holiday, on the next working day.


Orders with a value of €300 or more, with a future delivery of 1 month or more, can be paid via instalments. A 30% initial deposit* is required and the balance split over 3 further instalments or over a maximum of a 3 month period. There is no interest to pay and you can make payments when it suits you. You can make payments in-store or via the phone.

For Special Orders including Travel Systems, Car Seats, Pushchairs & Furniture that are on a pre-order basis, we aim to fulfil a minimum of 4 weeks prior to your due date. Stock availability and/or transport logistics during these times, may delay this this fulfilment time, however our team will keep you updated.

The balance of your order must be paid in full at least 28 days before the delivery/collection date of your order. Orders, where the balance is not paid 28 days before delivery/collection, may delay the date for which you receive your order.

By providing a payment card, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment card and that you authorize Shopify, Payment Sense or Vend—our third-party payment processors—to charge your payment card for the total amount of your order (including all applicable taxes and other charges). If the payment information you supply us is rejected or we cannot otherwise process your transaction, your order may be canceled, suspended, or delayed. It is your responsibility to resolve any payment problems Bygge Bo encounters while processing your order. If you wish to alter, amend, or change your payment information, you can do so at any time by logging into your Shopify account and updating your payment information.

Bygge Bo welcomes payment by the following credit and debit cards in store, through our Customer Service team and on our website at; Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron and Laser (the Republic of Ireland in-store purchases only). Payment by PayPal is accepted online, at our website only.


The amount of your order must be the same as or below the available balance, on your One4All, at checkout you can only enter one form of payment. From 10 January 2020, the maximum spend in any single online transaction is €50 using One4All. ONE4ALL vouchers cannot be used to purchase Bygge Bo gift cards.

Payments using One4All against bundles and Pushchairs, or where a saving is already incorporated, has a limit of €200 per order. One4All vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes or offers.

All products offered on Bygge Bo’s site are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order and to discontinue offering certain products without prior notice. Prices for our products are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect any order(s) you have already placed.


We may run special offer discounts, such as 'sign up' 'saved cart' 'retrieve your cart' discounts, seasonal sale discounts etc. These discounts are applied to products solely at Bygge Bo's discretion and may stop at any time. Exclusions may apply.

Some products are excluded from all special discounts, this is at our discretion. Travel systems, pushchairs, furniture bundles and other items where a saving may already apply are excluded. Discounts are unavailable on Oliver Furniture ranges.

One discount code to be used per order only, we reserve the right to cancel any orders which do not apply.
